Senior Account Manager

We are looking for a full-time E-commerce Senior Account Manager who is passionate about e-commerce, and fashion. You’ll make sure Not Selling Liquid is delivering an exceptional client experience, driving client happiness, retention and expansion.

Not Selling Liquid is a young and dynamic full-service digital growth agency with customers in the fashion & lifestyle industry. We design, develop, grow and manage Shopify webshops. If you’re interested in fashion, you’ve surely heard of the brands we work with - Daily Paper, Arte Antwerp, Denham, Black Bananas, Maha Amsterdam, Wandler and many more.

Your role

The ideal candidate is experienced in managing senior accounts, has worked at or for e-commerce brands, has used Shopify and thrives in coming up with and implementing new solutions internally and externally.

Internally, you’ll focus on coming up with solutions for exceptional client success and advocate internally for best practices

Ensuring Not Selling Liquid delivers an exceptional client experience at all times, working closely with your teams to implement better ways of working and identify new opportunities

Externally, you’ll have a portfolio of key accounts to manage, you’ll lead the relationship with these clients acting as their E-commerce Manager and advisor

You’ll create strategic roadmaps and liaise with the stakeholders to implement them together with our Performance, Design and Development teams

You’ll implement growth strategies that achieve targets and deliver
client success by working closely with the Performance team to create
yearly revenue forecasts and actionable quarterly targets

Your profile

3-5 years of experience in Account Managing/Customer Success roles

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar field

Fluent in English (Dutch and/or another European language are a plus)

Must have experience in E-commerce (Shopify is a plus)

Understanding and general knowledge of UX and digital customer journey best practices

Strong organizational skills, exceptionally organised and a detail-oriented problem solver with a positive approach to taking on challenges
