We collaborated closely with the Franky team on new features and Shopify development, which contributed to enhancing their online presence. Offering continuous support across development and project management, we worked together on special campaigns such as the launch of new products, sale periods, and UX optimisations, including a redesigned homepage, navigation, and search functions.
With the varied expertise that our team offers, we additionally worked on a retention-focussed sprint through Klaviyo, by auditing their e-mail marketing setup and creating a roadmap with enhancements to help them make full use of this important channel. This led to the implementation of A/B testing, the creation of additional e-mail flows and the expansion of their segmentation strategy. The Klaviyo sprint showed a successful impact of +165% increase in recipients of e-mail automation, which shows that their strategy for this channel now goes beyond regular newsletter sendouts and has expanded automated messaging.
