With our appreciation of the fashion industry, we’re creating a space where e-commerce expertise is combined with an intrinsic fashion mindset.
Honesty & Transparency
Numbers don’t lie, and neither do we. We call things by their name and we don’t sugarcoat. We believe honesty and transparency provide fertile ground for growth and prosperity.
Only with all the knowledge, the good, the bad (and the ugly), can we empower the brands we work with through intentional solutions.
Collaboration as the Norm
We’re passionate about the work we do and the brands we work with. We’re eager to get them to where they want to go and bring innovative ideas to achieve that.
That’s why collaboration is important – an open minded atmosphere is vital in providing a safe space to unite everyone’s voice and vision.
Authentic Stories
People need that trust of something being human and authentic in order to connect.
We power the stories of brands who lead with purpose and leverage their realness to advertise their product. Being an authentic expression of who you are is the baseline requirement of the community we’re building.
Job description
You think in systems. You bring exceptional craft to the details and a product designer's logic to the bigger picture. You know how to take a brand identity and build it into something that scales across web, email, and content without losing what made it distinctive in the first place.
You work at the intersection of UI/UX Design and Visual Design, taking strategic direction from our Creative Director and making it real, scalable, and beautiful on screen.
You understand how typography, colour, layout, and interaction work together to create experiences that feel distinctive and on-brand. You care about the details, and you structure your files so developers can build from them without asking questions. You understand interaction logic and design patterns, and you think about what happens to your decisions downstream, across every touchpoint, not just the screen in front of you.
You use AI tools because they make the work faster. You still hold your own taste and craft as the standard the output has to clear.
📍All applicants must be based in the Netherlands.

Experience spent working closely alongside a development team
Independent, reliable, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments

Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
